The facilities were clean and the people warm and friendly. The procedure was explained thoroughly and in an easy to understand way. I'm afraid of needles and they made sure I was okay throughout the entire time. The only reason I don't immediately go back for additional mole removals is because I want to see how my skin heals before doing it again. I highly recommend them.
