Amazing service. I arrived very late but was put at ease while every effort was made to fit me in. By the time I finished filling in the questionnaire I was shown into the treatment room. The treatment was quick with the practically no pain. The Dr explained the prices very clearly and had Impeccable bedside manner. My aftercare instructions were repeated to me several times verbally and were provided in writing both as part of initial registration and at the end of the treatment to take away. I am over the moon with the results so far.

Couldn’t fault the whole experience, the doctor and his assistant were both very attentive and friendly and all the information was clear. They fully explained the process and the healing process. The process itself was completely painfree and took no time at all.

Overall lovely service and Irene was amazingly polite too. She answered my questions and reassured me regarding my concerns (which were many). I can’t wait to start my treatment as this was only a patchtest. Great prices, clean and calm atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. Only room for improvement is attending to calls - I had to call many times before I got a response.
