I was seen on time by a very knowledgeable doctor and all questions were answered. Excellent treatment!

Staff were very nice, had a few miles on my forehead. Quick and painless, I waited a few weeks before reviewing.

I am happy with the result so far, the only recommendation would be to send aftercare in an email after treatment.

The man who came to do my consultation and asked me to fill out the forms was professional and friendly and was experienced in providing a high level of care in his interaction with me. The lady doctor was very professional and well experienced and exceptionally well prepared. She was also friendly and knew exactly what she was doing and done the procedure very precisely. She was demonstrating high knowledge experience and great care and interaction. I rate the service 10 out of 10. I highly recommend the professionalism that the doctors demonstrated and telling me about the steps as the doctor done the procedure so that nothing was a surprise and made me feel more calm and comfortable. When the drs are well prepared and experienced to a high level it puts the patient at ease and makes them feel calm and confident

Thank you for seeing myself and my sister at short notice, some feedback the pain level was much less with Dr K. Just wondering if the same size needle was used. I know each doctor has the own method and technique which also can differ.
