Purchased this treatment and was sceptical what to expect. I was greeted by Dr Aliya, who provided me with the Patient Declaration and then checked the details and advised of any issues i should be aware of.

From this i was very nervous due to needles, but, was advised she would apply numbing cream and commenced the process.

Blood was taken from my right arm very professionally, as someone that has a fear of needles but did not even feel it when Dr Aliya completed this.

The blood is then put into a centrifuge to separate the Platelet-Rich Plasma, which is then reintroduced into the skin at the area to be treated.

For me this was a very nervous process for me but the pain was minimum and when it did become a but much i was provided with a stress ball to assist.

Dr Aliya was very caring throughout the process and did her best to keep me comfortable. Following the treatment, i was advised of the post recovery and what to expect and how this works and requirements going forward.

Very professional team from the moment of booking through to the appointment, faultless. Will be using the services of Elite Skin again and very much trust the team with my treatments going forward.

Excellent service. Friendly staff and great Dr who removed my mole. Don’t know what the results are yet but they were very helpful and explained the whole procedure carefully. Worried about scarring but that’s a risk you have to be willing to take as with any procedure. Great service. Highly recommend
